My heart aches for you, Eileen. you are a strong, tender soul, and Olivia will always remember you with love and gratitude until you are with each other again just beyond that Rainbow Bridge.

Eileen, please take comfort in knowing Olivia is out of pain. It is so very hard for us but she is now free. Know also, one day you will see her again. Be strong you did the right thing.

In the end, when Olivia's pain became too much to bear, you helped her find rest and peace. I am heartbroken and so very sorry for your loss.

Heartfelt condolences for your beautiful, sweet girl. The price of love can feel unbearable sometimes. This was so damn unfair. Olivia was lucky to have been so loved by you.

I'm so sorry. There are no words for the loss we feel when we lose them. She was so lucky to have your love and protection and you were so lucky to have her love and devotion.

Eileen, Olivia was sent to you for a purpose. Who else could have loved her so, protected her, given her such a beautiful life that made her so happy every single day? If dogs experience gratitude, and I believe firmly that they do, Olivia carries that gratitude and love with her.

As I well know, helping a beloved pet ... a faithful canine companion ... painlessly pass with peace, love, and dignity is such a difficult thing for us humans to do. How I wish for "just one more earth day" with my late Chow-mix Titus. However, we have to stay faithful to the best interests of our pets; we owe them that. You did right by Olivia, kept your promise. Give yourself time to grieve. Olivia will always be by your side, never replaced, and never forgotten. And always remember: every day is a great day for our doggies in Doggy Heaven!

I'm so sorry. You kept your promise to Olivia and she loves you for everything you have done for her - from adopting her to making sure she always felt loved and cared for. I'm sure your mom and Elvis are taking care of her now.
take care,
sandy
